Dino Rocos joined the John Lewis Partnership forty years ago spending his first ten years in the selling environment and two years in Production before moving into the Supply Chain.  

As Operations Director and member of the John Lewis Management Board, Dino Rocos has overall responsibility for the John Lewis primary and secondary Supply Chain including in house and third party National Distribution Centres, national and international E-fulfilment, in house and third party home delivery, Contact Centres and the John Lewis Merchandising function. Additionally he holds responsibility for defining the strategic direction of Supply Chain development in response to the continuing development of the broader retail proposition and changing expectations of the new omni channel retail customer. This includes the extensive redevelopment of existing Supply Chain capability including the development of semi-automated NDC's, National home delivery service and supplier direct fulfilment capability through the delivery of two huge change programmes known as Q and OCCO.

Dino Rocos is also a member of The John Lewis Foundation Board. The Foundation was established in 2007 to support projects in communities where John Lewis products are produced.
