General Merchandise- Head of Merchandising Operations & Analytics,
Richard Locke is Head of Merchandising and Analytics for General Merchandise at Ocado. His responsibilities are split across Merchandise Planning, Web Trading, and Analytics for all general merchandise categories on ocado.com, fetch.co.uk (a pet site), sizzle.co.uk (a kitchen and dining site), and an upcoming beauty retailer in partnership with Marie Claire. Richard has been with Ocado for four and a half years, joining as a Business Development Analyst in 2011 to help build-up the freshly created General Merchandise division. Before joining Ocado Richard was a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman where he focused on the retail and rail industries. Richard studied Engineering at Trinity College, Cambridge where he achieved a BA and MEng.
